Customer Service Policy:
PittaPatta Boutique is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
All transactions are processed in Austalian Dollars (AUD). All Prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. The prices listed on our shopping cart are the final sell price, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping Costs are calculated and added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly visible before any customer information is required. Shipping Costs are calculated based on the product size, weight, handling, and delivery postcode, suburb and method of delivery. All Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, PittaPatta Boutique will cancel the order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and or Courier. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Our shipping policy enables PittaPatta Boutique to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We fill & dispatch orders everyday. We send products using Australia Post or Courier. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 - 14 business days depending on your location within Australia. For express post and same day dispatch, purchases must be completed and paid for prior to 10:00am Mon - Fri. It may take up to 14 days for regular mail. We may use other shipping methods at our discretion if a better method is available. Our freight charges are minimal as our aim is only to cover the cost of shipping your goods to you.
Purchasing dog products before it is in-stock is regarded as a pre-order. Pre-orders are placed to the wholesaler the day after the closing date in the product listing. While we make every effort to keep to these dates, sometimes suppliers/couriers do not, and it is then out of our control. If there is a problem with a pre-order dog product and its due date is over what was estimated, we will make contact with you via email and keep you up to date. If you make a purchase that contains in-stock products and pre-order products, your order will be held until the pre-order products arrive so they can be shipped together. If you wish to have the in-stock products shipped separately either make separate orders via the shopping cart or additional postage can be paid for to have in-stock products posted. As soon as the pre-order products are in stock, your order will be shipped via your chosen postage option as soon as possible. If you selected Australia Post standard postage service your order will be upgrade to Express Post for Free.

PittaPatta Boutique offers a 14 day* money-back guarantee (less shipping costs) provided the product is returned unused, in the original undamaged box including all original packing, original owner's manuals, warranty card and any included accessories and/or power cords that came with the product. We have the right to refuse the return if the items are returned incomplete or damaged in any way. Except in cases where the product was shipped in our error or was considered to be faulty on arrival. The purchaser is required to pay all costs incurred with regard to shipping the product back to PittaPatta Boutique. * Effective from date of receipt
